About Imaien.

Bringing Japanese tea to every scene of life, enriching as many lives as we can.
That is the unwavering mission of Imaien.

Bringing Japanese tea
to every scene of life,
enriching as many
lives as we can.

Tea is more than just a drink. In the quiet of the morning, in an afternoon that calls for focus, in an evening spent with someone dear — it holds the power to change the very air of a moment.

With that conviction, Imaien continues to open new possibilities for Japanese tea, delivering a cup that makes your everyday just a little richer.

Tea holds potential
no one has yet discovered.

Having spent so long in the world of tea, we came to realize that the true potential of Japanese tea has yet to reach most people. "Japanese tea is brewed in a teapot." "It's something you drink with wagashi." Beyond such fixed ideas lies a landscape of countless possibilities.

Japanese tea is not confined to the bowl. As an ingredient, as an aroma that shapes a space, as a therapy that settles the mind. As a base for tea cocktails, a material for confectionery, a companion in meditation. Its potential extends into territory no one has yet set foot in.

Imaien pursues that potential through a range of endeavors. To make Japanese tea freer, closer, and richer. Believing, from the heart, that tea enriches life — that is why Imaien continues to sell tea.
